Return Procedure
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team to request a return authorization and subsequent actions. Every order is unique, and every return procedure is going to differ based on the situation.
Non-returnable Items
Customized banners and flags that have been personalized with specific designs or content are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. If you believe your customized item is damaged or defective, please contact us for further assistance.
Refunds & Credits
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [10] business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact our Customer Support Team to request an exchange authorization.
Damaged or Defective items
If the item is defective / damaged upon arrival, immediately take pictures and email photos of the damage to us. We must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
If the item is defective upon arrival, we have to do a fault assessment. If the carrier is at fault, we will file a claim with the carrier. The customer holds the item until the carrier finishes the inspection on the claim. If it is determined that the carrier is not at fault, we will determine the replacement or refund. Please refer to the Return Policy for a refund.
